What's included in a standard cleaning?

Our standard cleaning includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom surface cleaning, trash removal, and general tidying of all main living spaces. How many home cleaning professionals do you send to clean?

Anywhere from 1 to 3, depending on your home size and needs.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all—many of our clients prefer to leave a key or provide access instructions. We’re fully insured and treat every home with care and respect, whether you’re there or not.

What should I do to prepare for a house cleaning appointment?

To help us clean efficiently, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys, and other personal items before your cleaning appointment. We don’t expect you to do any heavy lifting or pre-cleaning, but please ensure pathways and areas we’ll be cleaning are clear and accessible.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for a move-out clean?

Yes, please make sure the home or apartment still has running water and electricity (utilities) on the day of your move-out cleaning, as we'll need both to complete the service.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes! Our cleaners arrive fully equipped with all the cleaning products and professional tools needed to get the job done right. You don’t need to provide anything unless you have specific products you’d like us to use—just let us know, and we’ll be happy to accommodate.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Absolutely! Our team members are personally interviewed by our owners and must pass a criminal background check before joining our team. We hire only the most reliable, detail-oriented professionals to ensure your home is always in good hands.

How far in advance should I book?

You’re welcome to book any available date on our online calendar, whether you’re planning weeks ahead or need a last-minute house cleaning. To secure your preferred time, we recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance, especially for deep cleaning or move-in/move-out cleaning services.

Can I schedule recurring cleanings?

Absolutely! We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleaning plans with discounted rates for regular clients. It’s the easiest way to keep your home sparkling year-round.

How will I know when the cleaners are on the way?

We send ETA text messages when we’re on our way to your home.

Are there things you can't clean or do?

Handle or clean biohazardous materials (including feces, blood, or other bodily fluids)

Provide organization or decluttering services — we clean and disinfect only

Clean exterior windows

Lift or move heavy furniture

Perform carpet or steam cleaning

Clean areas that require more than a 2-step ladder or stool to reach (e.g., we cannot clean the full height of 20 ft. high windows)

Continue service for clients who are disrespectful to our cleaners

What are your hours of operation?

Our customer service team is available to serve you 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday – Friday.

How do I reschedule my appointment?

You can easily reschedule by email. Just be sure to reschedule or make changes by 4:00pm CST the day before your appointment to avoid a last-minute rescheduling fee.

When do you charge my debit/credit card?

Your card is only charged after your cleaning is completed. For security and scheduling purposes, we place a temporary payment hold on your card for the amount of your service 2 days before your scheduled cleaning. (Note: If you book less than 2 days in advance, the temporary hold will be placed on your card right away.)

If the hold fails, you’ll be notified immediately and given the chance to update or replace your card. Your booking will stay on the calendar while you update your payment method, but if it isn't resolved, the system will automatically cancel the booking 24 hours before your appointment. How is my cleaning price calculated?

Your cleaning price is based on your home’s size, how often you schedule service, and any add-on services you choose.

Is tipping expected?

Tipping is never required, but always appreciated! If you’d like to show extra thanks for your cleaner’s hard work, cash tips can be given directly, or you can add gratuity to your payment inside your customer booking portal. 100% of tips go to your cleaner.

How is my payment information kept safe and secure?

Most of our bookings are made online, so protecting your information is a top priority. Our booking page is secured with extended validation SSL, and our booking form uses its own 256-bit encryption for added protection. All credit card transactions are processed through Stripe, which also uses advanced 256-bit security protocols. For your safety, we never store your actual credit card number — only a secure token that allows us to process payment once your cleaning is complete.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change! If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can adjust our schedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours before your appointment will incur a 20% fee. We consider 12 hours or less from your scheduled appointment time to be 'same-day,' and same-day cancellations are subject to a 50% fee to help cover our cleaners’ reserved time and preparation.
